My story

🕊️ My past

My name is Julie Dahirel, And for a long time, I tried to understand who I was, beyond roles, expectations and trials.

When I was 13, my life was turned upside down: I lost my mom to suicide.
His sudden departure left a huge void, but I made myself a promise - never to stop living, to seek the light, even in the storms.

For years, I moved forward as best I could. I fought against myself, I had this lack of self-confidence (which I still have), anger, grief and I had to rebuild myself step by step.

It was from this inner journey that Mon Carnet d'Âme.

📒 The Story of the Notebook

Mon Carnet d'Âme, is much more than just a notebook.
It's a companion, a guide, a space for expression for all those who want to reconnect with themselves.

It was born of a deep-seated need to put words, colors and images to emotions, to give form to what lives inside.
Page after page, he invites us to remember, to lay down, to pick up the pieces, to love one another.

We write, we glue, we dream.
It's a place of self-discovery and liberation.
It's a notebook for finding yourself, healing yourself, thanking yourself, and projecting yourself.

Each page has been designed with love, sweetness and meaning - as a small step towards yourself.
It's a non-judgmental notebook that welcomes everything.
It invites you to honor your past, embrace your present and dream your future.

🗓️Et today

Through this project, I wanted to transform pain into creation, absence into transmission, and memory into light.
Mon Carnet d'Âme is a tribute to my mom, but also to all those who need to find the thread of their own history.

I dream that this notebook will travel, that it will accompany other souls, that it will become a tool for reconstruction and gentleness.
Because finding yourself sometimes simply means turning a page... towards oneself.
